How your baby's growing:
Your baby's about 15.7 inches long now, and he weighs almost 3 pounds (like a head of cabbage). A pint and a half of amniotic fluid surrounds him, but that volume will decrease as he gets bigger and takes up more room in your uterus. His eyesight continues to develop, though it's not very keen; even after he's born, he'll keep his eyes closed for a good part of the day. When he does open them, she'll respond to changes in light but will have 20/400 vision — which means he can only make out objects a few inches from his face. (Normal adult vision is 20/20.)
Pregnancy: 30 Weeks
Weight Gain: 25 lbs ::sigh:: Actually that's not too bad considering I eat like 4 cupcakes a day.
Sleep: Horrible! I'm hot, and have the hardest time falling asleep. I wake up a million times a night, and am exhausted in the morning. I'm imagine this is going to be the story of my life until the baby is sleeping through the night.
Gender: Boy
Name: ha! The latest name is Niall Thomas. I know I just posted that we decided on Tristan, but I have since seen two girls with that name. One of them is a little girl at church that is Peyton's age.
Feeling: Hot, and large.
Health: We are both doing great.
Belly: Growing, and uncomfortable. Thankful that I don't have stretch marks though.
What I am looking forward to: This isn't pregnancy related, but going to Idaho!
What I miss: I'm going to miss going down the pool slide at my parent's house. It's ridiculously fun, but I'll just have to watch everyone else go down while I lounge in float. Life isn't all bad.
Milestones: Single digits for how many weeks are left. 9 more to go!
Movement: He is up in my ribs all the time. He's pretty strong. I feel like there is a wild animal inside me, and not a little 3 lb baby. He's way more active than Peyton was.

I'm so glad everything is going so well. Cole was way more active in my belly, too. And he was all up in my ribs. Silly little guys.
i love that you keep changing his name! just name him bob ;)
so i just watched the video of peyton and sean wanted to watch it again. then he said "she's a happy child?" yes sean, she is! hahaha
