Aren't these great! Dana had a project for school she had to do, so we got to be her models. I was so excited when she asked if we we were interested in getting our picture taken. Of course I was, and Cory and Peyton put up with it too! She is so talented, and such a fun person to be around. I was so excited to find out she lived near my parents because I usually don't have the time or transportation to visit any cmc alumni that live in LA, as in Los Angeles not Louisiana. It was really foggy that night, so these aren't your typical beach pictures. Someday when I save enough pennies I'm going to print one of these on a canvas.

Vacation 2.6
We've made it to my last set of California pictures! The Santa Barbara Zoo is pretty small, but I love the oceanside drive up to it, and I love that you can see the ocean from where the giraffes, and lions are! It's beautiful. We had a lot of fun. I would totally live in a tent on one of the beaches in Santa Barbara. I just love it!
She loved these egg shells.
Getting ready to ride the "big" train.
Peyton also got to ride the small train.
Seriously, this thing was nuts!

Vacation 2.5
I am almost done with Cali pictures. Steph and Jen came over with their kids one morning and we had a pool party. There were 8 kids ages 5 and under! So fun!
Before we got in the pool I took some pictures of Kayley and Cole. I love taking pictures of these kids. They are both so stinkin' cute. I can't believe how big they are! Here are a some of my favorites.
I LOVE my parent's backyard. It's like being in a park.
Okay, on to the swimming fun.

Daniel and Brianna
The "big" kids. The girls are both 5, and the boys are both 3.
That's all. I forgot to take a picture of baby Caleb. It's a shame too. He is one cute 3 month old! He was so good the entire day, not one cry out of him. I know this post doesn't show many pictures of Peyton, but this blog is my journal, and I wanted to remember what we did that day and who was there. Tomorrow will be the end of California, finally, huh... ::sigh:: I miss it.

Vacation 2.4
The day after Sea World was spent running errands, but we did make room for some fun in the evening. I had planned on taking pictures of Ashley and her family, and then she was going to return the favor, but one of their water pipes busted in their front yard, so her husband had to fix that. I forgot to bring a change of clothes, so we didn't get our family pictures taken either. We did, however, manage to take a lot of pictures of the girls at the park.
"Are you still having fun on your swing?"
"yeah girl, for sure!"
The faces Jordan make crack me up.
Not that I didn't post enough pictures, but you can head over to Ashley's blog to see our park adventure through her lens.
