Peyton's first zoo visit

Saturday after we spent 4 stinkin' hours at the jeep dealership to get our valve on our tire fixed we went to the mall to get Peyton's ear's pierced. It was sooo sad. She cried big sad tears. This was like two minutes after she got it done. Can you tell I cried too? I'm still waiting for the feeling of being glad that I got them done.
This is her last picture without earrings, sitting in the waiting room at the car dealership. Funny how she looks more girly in this picture!

I got an annual zoo pass from Cory's parents for Christmas, and we finally went to the zoo yesterday. The weather was so nice, it felt like spring, but since it is still winter a lot of the animals were still hibernating.

This was my favorite little guy.

I know this picture is way overexposed, but I think Peyton's face is hilarious.
We did not dress Peyton like an animal so we could go to the zoo. This is the outfit she wore to church, and we went straight to the zoo. She's such a diva. : )

Oh and guess what, on our way home from the zoo our "fixed valve" started leaking like crazy! Thankfully we were very close to home. We pulled into the the intermediate school be our house, and Cory changed the tire. I decided to walk home with Peyton, so I could tidy up before Aimee and James came over. Cory managed to change the tire and go to Publix in the same amount of time it took for Peyton and I to get home. HA! Oh well, it was a good walk. So now our tire is completely flat. We are not very happy about that. Today we're getting the windshield replaced on the Jeep, they're coming to the house, hooray for that!  I'm sure we'll be sitting in that dang waiting room of the jeep dealership this saturday getting our tire fixed. BOOOOOO!

You look more upset in the first picture that she does! I hope she loves her earrings and starts wearing dangly ones and big chola hoops soon.

BTW, have you got Peyton something yet with her Christmas Target card? I've been looking at stuff... but I mean, if you've already got her something, I can just buy the stuff I like in a bigger size for her birfday.

I bought her 2 sippy cups, and a teether, but I didn't use the entire card. Whatcho like, girl?

I don't know how she feels about hoodies, but I like this one.

Here's a shirt that's cute.

I think this shirt is great, but I don't know how you feel about it.

And I like these cute jeans, too.

Phew!

I love the hoodie, but she has a ton of jackets and zip up hoodies. Not really a fan of the yoga shirt, and the jeans look like fake jean material. I love the green shirt and am going to get it if they have it at the store. Maybe I'll get her some giant hoops as well. : )

I love the one of you and Peyton! I also love that that monkey is cual pecado, ya know?

Haha, Steph's comment is the best ever. I forgot about that silly Salvadorian monkey.

Anywho, I like when you tell me what you don't like because it helps me pick things out for the future. I think the green shirt was my fav. Jeans are tricky with little babies because they can be so stiff and scratchy on their legs.

haha. cual pecado... i loved angry monkeys. i love how widely opened the eyes of that monkey are. like two little piss-holes in the snow they are.

Also i love that peyton is a cheetah/lepoard/wild animal of prey. and i like the picture of her and cory with the bird. the first one.

lastly, she is cute and i like her ridiculous bow. and you look like you're trimmin' up.

Well I was gonna say I love how the print on her outfit was very appropriate for the zoo but since it was unintentional I won't lol.
