It's grey seamless paper. Basically a huge roll of paper that's a little thicker than construction paper, and it's draped over an ironing board. There a ton of different colors of seamless paper on photography supply websites.
Adorable pictures Kim! But what did you do to piss her off! :) It is sad and cute all at the same time. It really does just make me want to pick her up and give her some CANDY! :) Maybe not yet but soon enough. The last one is precious, you have to frame that one.
